More RBBC material - and visitor 100,000!

In my recent column with the Bruno Boys, I commented on the lack of articles that address some of the more difficult RBBC (running back by committee) situations. There are a few gems out there, though, and apparently more are cropping up every day. Take a look at a few:

• The Huddle's The 2008 Ultimate RBBC Review - I realize this article is only partially free for non-Huddle members. But I'm a non-Huddle member who can only read the first 4 or so reviews, and I still think it's worth your time. Now if you are a Huddle member, you're probably in for a treat. And by the way, I apparently can't stop reading and linking to John Tuvey's articles; he's got quite the fan club (um, why can't my last name be turned into something as hipster as his? tuvey=2v. I mean, really - that's fantastic. It's the small things in life...). If you haven't read his o-line analysis that I linked to in this blog post yet, go check them out (again, only partially available to non-Huddle members now).
  
• CBS Sportsline's Draft Prep: Backs more plentiful than ever - includes a nice tiering of backs that I agree with for the most part. I think I would merge their Tier 4 and 5 backs together though since most of those guys hold approximately the same value in my book. I also think Reggie Bush is more of a Tier 3 guy, especially in PPR leagues.
• FFToolbox's Running Back by Committee (RBBC) Update - makes a great point about a now nearly ignored Jerious Norwood; though I disagree that Adrian Peterson of Chitown will really have much of an impact at all (though my husband, who likes to refer to him as The Real Adrian Peterson, is likely disagreeing with that latter statement as he reads it).

• In other fantasy football news, check out the FF Goat's article on how you can employ Twitter to help you become a better informed fantasy footballer. The Goat is so hip to tech trends, I highly recommend perusing his site for other tips on using RSS feeds for FF info and such.
• I have a friend who is representing FFLibrarian in a league run by Latin Fantasy Football and their draft was earlier this week. I was interested to see the DSTs roll off the board a little earlier than I comfortable with at the middle of the 8th round (this seems to be the case every year though) and with San Diego's DST going first in that league, I found this article from Advanced NFL Stats, Why the Chargers Defense Will Decline in '08, of interest.

So I'm nearing my 100,000th visitor of all time. FFLibrarian has been around since September 2006 and I've had 99,564 visitors as of this posting. I feel like I should have some sort of FFL gift for the 100,000th visitor as my way of saying thanks to you all for stopping by, but what would that gift be?? An awesome FFL t-shirt? Personally I've met my quotient of random t-shirts but maybe you all haven't? Perhaps an FFL mug so you can caffeinate and think about FF simultaneously? Do I need to start making FFL schwag here? I welcome all suggestions for the 100,000th visitor prize...and if you guys are down with this, I think I should hit visitor #100,000 sometime tomorrow and can only actually recognize visitor #100,000 by your IP address. So who knows if this would actually work, but if you guys like this idea, let me know in the comments. Stupid idea? Tell me that, too.
