Today's linkage: PPR, TEs, tiers, and more

This is a glorious summer day in Tennessee. I work from home and am actually able to sit out on our back porch right now, gazing out at the massive jungle of kudzu that invades our property every summer. Somehow we're already past the amount of rainfall we normally have all year, so it feels pretty incredible to be outside in the middle of the day without rain or heat. Hats off to you, Mother Nature. Weather aside, all is going well in the FFLibrarian household as we prepare for baby boy #2 to arrive in about 2 months. I may repeat that news a few times just to make sure you all know that I'll probably disappear for a week or two this fall after the little guy is born. I'll pull together a list of my favorite sites and news spots for you all sometime in September so that you can refer to that while I'm away from the blog. Speaking of things to expect, I will be compiling my annual average rankings spreadsheet where I pull together an average top 100 players ranking

The camp fun begins...

Training camp time! Preseason games begin in just 10 days! And apparently my son is learning how to count in Spanish (kudos, preschool teachers, kudos)! Happiness and awesomeness all around. Let's get right to today's links: Every year, Matthew Berry posts his 100 facts before you draft article around training camp time - read on to see the 2013 facts in A Hundred Little Lies . If you're big on the QBBC strategy (quarterback by committee), then you'll want to take a look at 4for4.com's The Quarterback by Committee (QBBC) Matrix to help you make some decisions come draft day. Pyromaniac.com's PPR: A Breakdown Strategy by Position - a lot to take in and the formatting (for me) isn't helping, but some interesting nuggets here. More on the strategy front - SI looks at Going RB/RB at the top as part of their draft strategies series. A few links with auction values for those of you in auction leagues: TheFakeFootball's 2013 Non-PPR Auction Values -

Start off your weekend right

Happy Friday! You've come to the right place for a little almost-weekend fantasy football reading. I've been on the road a bit, including a trip back to my hometown of Arlington, Virginia, to visit with friends and family. Somehow the summer is moving ahead on fast forward for me, so apologies for the slowness here. That should just be my refrain here, huh? Onto a bunch of quality links - some of which I've been gathering for a few weeks now, but really, in the preseason I feel like most content doesn't become outdated until we hit August. So read on and enjoy! I'll start off with the always-excellent Who Has the Most Accurate Draft Rankings? post from FantasyPros.com. I think most of you know I run an accuracy competition (I hope to get the multi-year analysis update up soon to include 2013) and I strongly encourage you to check out FantasyPros.com's results as well. Great stuff. ProFootballFocus.com's An Introduction to oTD, a replacement for redzone
